Gun Rights

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
    U.S. Constitution – 2nd Amendment

The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.
    Pennsylvania Constitution – Article I Section 21 Right to Bear Arms

Firearm ownership is a constitutional issue and not one that belongs to the ideology of a political party.

The two largest gun-rights groups that represent Pennsylvania give Representative Hennessey a failing lifetime record.

Unlike our current State Representative, I will champion this fundamental right for law abiding citizens.
